Refund policy
If the ordered item was already in stock, we have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You can replace the returned item with another item already in our stock. You cannot request a customized item upon returns.
If the ordered item was customized upon your measurements, NO return & NO refund policies apply.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@jeanlouissabaji.com. If your return is accepted, you will have to create return shipping labels, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
All sales are final. By making a purchase from Jean-Louis Sabaji you acknowledge and accept a strict NO‑REFUND policy; once a purchase has been made the sale is final and no refunds will be issued, except as described below.
Exceptions:
Ready-to-Ship Items: Refunds are available only for ready-to-ship items. You have 5 days from the date you receive the item to request a refund. To be eligible, the item must be returned in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact and must be returned to us within the 5 day window. Refund requests received after the 5 day period will not be accepted and the sale will remain final. Once a valid return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method; please allow 15–30 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Kindly note that a 5% payment processing fee, in addition to all return-related charges (shipping costs and any applicable import duties or taxes), will be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellation and replacements
The expected time span for reporting an item, goods or services ordered to be cancelled/replaced is 5 days.
The conditions under which cancellation & replacement will be allowed:
The wrong product was sent by the merchant.

Store Credit Policy. Jean-Louis Sabaji offers store credit for eligible returns within 15 days from the date of delivery. Store credit will be issued for the amount you purchased, minus shipping and import and clearance fees in addition to the payment gateway charges 5%.

Eligible Returns Store credit will be considered for eligible returns under the following conditions: a. The product or service is in its original, unaltered condition. b. The return is requested within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Store Credit Issuance Upon approval of an eligible return, store credit will be issued to your account. The store credit amount will be the purchase amount minus any shipping and clearance fees in addition to the payment gateway charges 5%.

Use of Store Credit Store credit can be used for future purchases on our platform and may be applied to the total amount due at the time of checkout. Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
